Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Foreign Exchange Location: Delhi Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Foreign Exchange Education: Any Graduate / MBA Joining: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in Foreign Exchange operations and sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling forex transactions, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with banking channels and authorized dealers. Key Responsibilities Handling day-to-day Forex transactions (Retail & Corporate). Managing relationships with Banks, Authorized Dealers (ADs), FFMCs, and corporate clients. Converting sales leads and generating business opportunities. Monitoring daily client calls and ensuring follow-ups. Maintaining overall margins and ensuring profitability. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions. Preparing MIS reports and maintaining transaction records. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange operations and regulations. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Forex Sales/Operations. Experience dealing with Corporates, Banks/ADs, and FFMCs. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Personality Traits Strong customer service orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven. Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
