About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact, promptly connecting with team members to diagnose and resolve day-to-day software, access, or system issues. 2. Domain & Workspace Administration: Manage the company's web and communication infrastructure by overseeing the robocap.co and robocapital.in domains, alongside provisioning and maintaining employee email accounts. 3. Data Security & Backup Management: Regularly monitor and verify automated file backups to guarantee data integrity, security, and seamless recovery for all critical company assets. 4. AI Integration & Platform Maintenance: Maintain the company's web platforms while leveraging knowledge of AI agents to explore, test, and implement automated workflows that improve internal efficiency.
