We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager – B2B Technology to lead and strengthen our marketing function.
Role Overview
This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 10 years of proven B2B marketing experience within the Software / IT / ERP sector (Mandatory).
The role is central to:
• Strengthening brand visibility
• Driving high-quality inbound demand
• Supporting revenue and pipeline growth
• Positioning Robosol as a trusted technology partner
You will work closely with delivery, sales, and leadership teams and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities Brand, Demand & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute integrated multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
• Drive brand awareness across UK and international markets
• Strengthen SEO performance and organic visibility
• Align marketing initiatives with revenue and pipeline targets
Digital Marketing
• Manage website performance, content optimisation, and SEO strategy
• Execute email marketing, LinkedIn, and paid digital campaigns
• Monitor campaign analytics, performance metrics, and ROI
Content & Communications
• Develop high-quality content including:
• Website pages and landing pages
• Blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
• PR articles and media communications
• Sales collateral and brochures
• Customer newsletters and email campaigns
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging
Events & Marketing Projects
• Plan and manage industry exhibitions, webinars, and customer events
• Oversee event promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
Sales Enablement
• Develop impactful marketing and sales materials
• Support business development teams with campaign assets and presentations
• Ensure strong alignment between marketing strategy and business growth objectives
Website & Digital Presence
• Conduct regular website audits and updates
• Ensure UX consistency, content accuracy, and SEO alignment
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Minimum 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in Software / IT / ERP services
• Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results
• Strong experience in strategic campaign planning and execution
• Demonstrated success in managing physical and virtual industry events
• Excellent copywriting and content development skills
• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident, professional, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset
Technical Skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
• SEO tools and website CMS platforms
• Email marketing platforms and analytics tools
