Role Overview We are hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to handle client communication, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. This is a remote execution-focused role. You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal marketing team. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Client Communication • Attend Zoom/Google Meet client calls. • Understand business goals and translate them into clear internal tasks. • Provide weekly updates to clients. • Present basic performance reports. • Support monthly review and renewal discussions. 2️⃣ Task & Team Coordination • Break client requirements into: • * Video production tasks • Meta Ads execution tasks • Google Ads optimization tasks • Social media content plans • Assign and track tasks using project management tools. • Ensure deadlines are met. • Follow up proactively with team members. 3️⃣ Performance Monitoring • Track and understand: • * ROAS • CTR • CPC • CPL • Conversion rate • Prepare clear monthly reports. • Flag underperforming campaigns quickly. • Coordinate improvements with the ads team. Required Skills • 1 to 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. • Basic understanding of Google Ads. • Strong written and spoken English. • Strong follow-up and documentation skills. • Comfortable handling multiple client accounts remotely.
