Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Meta Ads Experience: 1+ Year Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for leads, conversions, and traffic. • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies. • Create and test ad copies, creatives, and formats to improve performance. • Monitor daily campaign performance including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions . • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages. • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights. • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives. • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve performance targets. • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices . Requirements • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads. • Strong understanding of lead generation & conversion campaigns . • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel & Events setup . • Basic understanding of landing pages and funnel optimization. • Analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on data. • Good communication and time-management skills.
