Medical Sales Representative

**Job Title**: Pharma Sales Executive • *Experience**: 2-6 years in Pharma Sales • *CTC**: 25k to 55 k • *About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. • *Key Responsibilities** - Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and healthcare institutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. - Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. - Ensure timely collections and manage distribution channels effectively. - Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as per company policy. • *Key Skills Required** - Strong knowledge of pharma products and industry trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving attitude. - Good organizational and time-management skills. • *Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or equivalent (B.Sc. / B.Pharma preferred). - MBA in Marketing (added advantage). - Relevant experience in pharma sales will be preferred. • *Why Join Us** - Competitive salary and incentive structure. - Growth opportunities with training and development support. - Chance to work with a reputed and growing pharmaceutical brand. • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month • *Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) • *Experience**: - Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
