Soft Skills & Digital Skills Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills & Digital Skills Trainer who will be primarily responsible for delivering impactful soft skills training programs and driving digital adoption initiatives across the organization. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, designing innovative learning materials, and facilitating engaging training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in training delivery, adult learning principles, and digital tools, especially Microsoft 365 (M365) applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging soft skills and digital skills training sessions to associates
• Consult with managers and business leaders to identify training needs and develop suitable solutions
• Conceptualize and design training materials based on research and organizational data
• Utilize innovative delivery methods such as case studies, videos, role plays, workshops, projects, and evaluation tools
• Facilitate onboarding and learning sessions using adult learning methodologies
• Conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and interviews to assess effectiveness
• Test, review, and continuously improve training materials
• Develop training schedules including mentoring and coaching sessions
• Coordinate and monitor training enrollments and calendars
• Track, analyze, and compile training data and performance metrics
Digital Skills (M365 Focus)
• Deliver training on Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and other M365 tools
• Promote digital productivity and collaboration best practices
• Support digital transformation initiatives through effective tool adoption
Trainer Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, IT, or related field
• Certification from training/talent development associations is an advantage
• 5 years of experience as a corporate trainer or training specialist
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional tools
• Experience designing instructional manuals and using modern teaching platforms
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical learning solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
