Role: AI Native Backend Development (Fresher) Location: Noida (On-site) Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Golang Developer (Fresher) to join our engineering team in Noida. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who want to build strong backend development skills using Go (Golang). You will work closely with experienced engineers to develop, test, and maintain backend services, contribute to scalable application design, and troubleshoot technical issues. The role also involves working with AI-assisted and agent-based development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing. This position offers hands-on learning in microservices architecture, APIs, and modern backend systems in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Golang Support the design and implementation of APIs and microservices Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Debug and troubleshoot software issues Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Use AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to generate, review, and optimize code Collaborate with the team to experiment with agentic workflows for faster development and debugging Learn and apply backend development best practices Required Qualifications: B.Tech or equivalent Strong understanding of programming fundamentals Knowledge of Golang or willingness to learn it quickly Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, or MQTT Basic familiarity with APIs and microservices architecture Good problem-solving and debugging skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience in backend development Familiarity with Git, Linux, or containerization tools Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT Interest in AI-driven or agent-based software development workflows Relevant certification or coursework in software development
