Job Purpose:
This role will support the Network Strategy team in building strong network intelligence, strategic insights, and decision frameworks for new format Royal Enfield stores and experience centres. The role will focus on data, analysis, insights, and readiness thinking, while closely collaborating with cross functional teams involved in delivery and execution. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, customer experience, and network planning

What you’ll do:
Network Intelligence & Analytics
• Build and maintain network intelligence dashboards (pipeline, milestones, risks, learnings)
• Analyse patterns across pilot and rollout stores to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate data from sites, vendors, and internal teams into clear strategic insights
• Understanding and knowledge of retail network and business
• Support leadership with evidence-based recommendations for network decisions
Strategy & Readiness Support
• Develop readiness frameworks and checklists for new-format stores
• Track decision hygiene: what is frozen, what is open, and why
• Highlight cross-city risks and interdependencies for leadership visibility
• Support scenario planning for timelines, costs, and experience outcomes
Experience Alignment & Learning
• Work closely with Network Strategy & CX to articulate store experience intent
• Document gaps between design intent and on-ground reality
• Consolidate pilot learnings from Bangalore, Chennai, and priority cities
• Convert learnings into scalable standards and playbooks for future rollout
Stakeholder Coordination (Intelligence Layer)
• Collaborate with Design, Dealership Development, Operations, and CX teams
• Act as the intelligence bridge between site teams and strategy leadership
• Curate structured updates and insights for leadership reviews
Reporting & Knowledge Management
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly intelligence briefs for leadership
• Maintain central repositories for risks, decisions, and learnings
• Support preparation of strategy decks and business reviews
Work Experience
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in Strategy, Analytics, Program Management, Operations, Retail, or Customer Experience with Channel Network Understanding : Auto, Retail or any Consumer Products Industry
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree- (Full Time) - Any specialization
