Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT

The recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and acquiring top technical talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment processes, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and leveraging innovative hiring strategies to attract high-performing candidates. Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Expertise in Hiring processes and building a talent pipeline Knowledge of current IT industry trends and technical roles Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in IT recruiting within fast-paced environments is highly desirable
