RRA Group Inc. is seeking a visionary Senior Sales Operations to architect our outbound engine for North America Trade Lanes. If you thrive on process, data, and driving growth, this is your chance!
You will be responsible to design and manage a high-performance inbound/outbound sales system for freight forwarding.
This is not a traditional sales role .
Instead, this role focuses on building the pipeline machine that feeds qualified meetings to senior leadership.
You will be responsible for:
• building and managing the prospecting engine
• managing research and outreach teams
• implementing sales workflows and CRM discipline
• ensuring consistent pipeline growth
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the outbound sales system
• develop structured workflows for company research and prospect discovery
• implement CRM tracking and pipeline management
• manage daily outreach activity
Lead the prospecting team
• manage researchers identifying importers/exporters
• manage appointment setters performing outreach
• ensure daily activity and reporting discipline
Develop target market strategy
• identify high-opportunity trade lanes into North America
• analyze industries generating container freight volume
• refine targeting strategies based on results
Implement automation and AI tools
• leverage platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and outreach automation tools
• optimize workflows for lead generation and contact discovery
Pipeline management
• track meetings booked
• monitor opportunity development
• maintain consistent pipeline growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who understands B2B outbound sales systems and logistics markets .
Required experience
• 5–10 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or B2B outbound sales
• experience managing prospecting or lead generation teams
• strong understanding of CRM systems and sales workflows
Strong preference for candidates with
• freight forwarding sales or trade lane knowledge
• experience building outbound sales teams
• familiarity with logistics supply chains

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days:
• research engine producing 300+ qualified companies per week
• outreach team generating 20–30 meetings per month
