Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Perform statistical analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, IT services, or a fast-paced tech environment.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery).

• Understanding of basic statistical methods and predictive analytics.
