Position Details • Job Title: Data Analytics / Data Science with AI – Business Development Specialist • Department: Advanced Analytics & Business Development • Employment Type: Full-Time Intern • Work Mode: Office-Based • Location: Indore (MP) Working Schedule • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 04:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM • Sunday: Weekly Off Role Summary The role requires a technically sound professional capable of independently generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and closing projects related to Data Analytics, Data Science with AI, Digital Marketing, and Website Development. The candidate will act as a technical-sales hybrid, engaging with decision-makers and converting opportunities into revenue-generating projects. Key Responsibilities • Independently generate leads for Data Analytics, AI, Digital Marketing, and Website Development projects • Identify client pain points and propose data-driven and AI-based solutions • Pitch services including Data Analytics dashboards, AI models, automation, websites, and digital marketing campaigns • Conduct technical discussions, demos, and requirement analysis with clients • Convert prospects into paid projects and long-term contracts • Maintain pipeline reports, deal status, and client documentation • Coordinate with internal development and marketing teams after project closure Compensation & Performance Structure • Base Salary: Depending on experience & skill level • Project-Based Incentives: Percentage-based earnings on every closed project Candidate Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Data Science with AI • Basic in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Machine Learning concepts • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value • Excellent communication and client-handling skills • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent work • Laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet required Performance Expectations • Consistent pipeline generation and project closures • Quality client engagement and professional communication • Revenue contribution through analytics, AI, and digital projects • Compliance with company policies and ethical business practices Terms & Conditions • This is a performance-linked, revenue-oriented role • Compensation is tied to project acquisition and delivery initiation • Company reserves the right to modify targets, incentives, or role scope How to Apply: Submit your application with the following: 1.
