Salesforce Tester - Fresher

About the job: Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Tester with experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing Salesforce applications, ensuring quality delivery of features related to FSL, and validating system integrations and workflows. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications. • Test Field Service Lightning (FSL) features such as Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatch Console, and Mobile App. • Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements. • Validate Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows. • Test FSL mobile application and scheduling functionality. • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality releases. • Perform API and integration testing where Salesforce connects with external systems. • Support UAT testing cycles and provide test reports.
