Hiring: Amazon Account Manager (E-commerce Operations & Data Analytics)

About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of our marketplace operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end health of our Amazon accounts, from catalog optimization to advanced performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Catalog Management: Handle listing creation, A+ content updates, and bulk flat-file troubleshooting. • Full Account Management: Monitor Account Health, Buy Box ownership, and inventory replenishment triggers. • * Data & Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio and perform deep-dive SKU analysis using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Data Cleaning). • Growth Strategy: Assist in PPC optimization and competitor benchmarking to scale monthly revenue. Required Skills: • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central. • Expert in MS Excel (must be comfortable with large datasets). • Proficient in Looker Studio (connecting Amazon data via connectors like Supermetrics or Power My Analytics). • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or ScaleInsights. • Strong communication skills for reporting and case management with Amazon Support.
