Freelancer Functional Business Analyst (Remote | Part-Time | Contract)

RWaltz Software is looking for a Freelance Functional Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills to support our ongoing IT and software projects. This is a remote, part-time, contract-based opportunity ideal for professionals seeking flexible engagement. Experience Required: • 3–4 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst (preferably in IT/Software domain) Job Location: • Remote Job Type: • Freelance / Contract / Part-Time Key Skills: • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology • Ability to create and maintain requirement artifacts – Proposal, BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM, User Stories • Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g. MS Visio/Lucidchart/ Draw.io) • Experience in writing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and supporting UAT • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools Job Responsibilities: • Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases • Support the design and implementation of business processes and workflows • Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, and basic wireframes to represent proposed solutions • Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements If interested, share your resume at hrd@rwaltz.com Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 9 months Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹400.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Work Location: Remote
