AI Coordinator, Community Engagement

In this role as an AI Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to external vendors (raters) through the community engagement platform. Your main tasks will involve providing first-level support to external vendors on Data Services projects, assigning support requests to Project Managers when second-level support is required, communicating with raters to ensure the smooth delivery of Data Services projects, monitoring the status of assigned tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. To excel in this position, you should possess very good verbal and written English proficiency as you will be working in an English-speaking environment. Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role will be beneficial. Attention to detail, the ability to improvise, solve problems independently, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, and a team spirit are essential qualities for this role.
