GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Technical Consultant with four to seven years of hands on experience in application development, enhancement based on Microsoft .net Core. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Participates to requirement gathering meetings/scrum ceremonies with senior team members. • Deliver medium complex scenarios using Microsoft .Net Core • Develop and deliver simple/medium complex enhancements/features • Fix medium complex bugs under supervision. • Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed feature as needed. • Create test plans, test cases, test automation and perform functional testing, as needed. • Identify the dependencies during development of feature and coordinate/collaborate with relevant ream members. • Own and resolve simple issues reported in the application. • Ability to understand business requirement document and user stories. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Minimum Required Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering Minimum Required Experience: four to seven years relevant experience in backend .Net Core development Desirable Education/Experience: bachelor’s degree JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES: Analytical Skills - • Ability to provide analysis of simple requirements. • Ability to understand simple requirements without support during requirement gathering workshop. • Self-learner • Investigates existing functionality of the module with functional walkthrough. • Provides consultation to stakeholder on simple modules/functional area. Communication Skills – • Ability to communicate decently in a comprehensible manner with stakeholders. • Can write basic business documents like emails, reports, files etc. without support from supervisors/seniors. • Is fluent while expressing his thoughts during a virtual meeting. • Can put across multiple set of thoughts in an organized manner. Other - • Should come with learning on the go mindset. • Ability to complete tasks within timelines with the available resources. • Manages to complete work within provided timeline with adequate quality. • Should be able to take initiative over and above the routine work. Technical Competencies • Other Technical / Computer Skills - • Four to seven years in Microsoft >net Core backend development. • Should have good understanding about the technology. • Develops complex solutions Microsoft technology and can analyze/develop medium complex issues/scenarios. • Able to Use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems without much assistance. • Able to work with stakeholders like users/senior developers in other area by understanding requirements and convert to solutions. • Willing to learn any new software development skill if needed for the project. • Should be able to take initiative over and above the routine work.
