Our focus is on building high-quality medical technology solutions that improve clinical outcomes while making advanced technology accessible and practical for healthcare providers.Since our commercial launch, our systems are being adopted by leading hospitals, and we are building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the Indian healthcare ecosystem.We are looking for motivated individuals who would like to build a career at the intersection of medical devices, clinical practice, and healthcare technology.About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and articulate candidates interested in working closely with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare teams to support the adoption of advanced medical device technology.This internship offers hands-on exposure to clinical environments, hospital workflows, product demonstrations, and surgeon interactions.Candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude, professionalism, and communication skills during the internship may be offered a full-time role as a Clinical Sales Engineer / Clinical Application Specialist.Internship Duration • 3–6 months • Successful interns may be offered a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities • Clinical Demonstrations & Sales Support • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and clinical presentations for surgeons and hospital teams. • Support the sales team during clinical evaluations, hospital meetings, and product discussions. • Learn to communicate the technical and clinical benefits of the system. Installation & Training Support • Assist with installation and commissioning of medical systems at hospitals. • Support training sessions for surgeons, residents, and operating room staff. • Observe and understand clinical workflows during medical procedures. Clinical Relationship Development • Interact with surgeons, hospital staff, and biomedical engineers. • Assist in building relationships with clinical users and hospital teams. Field Feedback • Document clinical feedback and user observations. • Support the team in improving product usability and clinical workflows based on field insights. Travel RequirementThis is a field-intensive role involving extensive travel to hospitals.Candidates should expect approximately 70–80% travel, including visits to hospitals across different cities for: • product demonstrations • installations • clinical training • surgeon interactions and support Candidates should be comfortable working in hospital environments and operating room settings. Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month Willingness to travel: • 100% (Required) Work Location: Remote
