We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, working in IT, Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 3200 employees in ore than 750 branches over India. • Department:- Clinic Ayurveda • Position:- Medical Officer-Doctor • Clinic/Job Location:- Any where in Lucknow as per requirements. • Job type:- Full time We are seeking a dedicated and qualified BAMS Doctor to manage and operate our in-house Ayurveda clinic. The primary responsibility is to provide holistic healthcare services to our employees, promote wellness through Ayurveda principles, and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. Basic requirements for Applying:- • Degree:- BAMS- Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university or college. • Registration:- Must hold a valid registration with the Central / State Council of Indian Medicine. • Experience:- At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred), though bright freshers may be considered. Soft Skills:- • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language. • Empathy and a patient-centric approach. • Ability to explain complex Ayurveda concepts in simple terms for corporate professionals. • Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic health records (EHR). Job role and responsibilities:- • Conduct OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations for employees, diagnosing ailments based on Ayurveda principles (Prakriti analysis) and modern medical understanding. • Treatment Planning- Prescribe Ayurveda medicines, lifestyle modifications, and dietary plans to treat acute and chronic illnesses. • Clinic Management- Oversee the daily operations of the company clinic, including maintaining medical records, inventory of medicines, and ensuring hygiene standards. • Wellness Programs- Organize and lead corporate wellness workshops, yoga sessions, and stress management seminars to improve employee productivity and health. • Preventive Care: Educate staff on ergonomics, seasonal health precautions, and preventive Ayurveda practices. • Emergency Response: Provide immediate first-aid and basic life support in case of workplace medical emergencies before referring to a tertiary hospital.
