We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor for our grocery store. Key Responsibilities: Daily store operations manage karna Staff handling, duty allocation & discipline Stock management, inward–outward checking & expiry control Cash counter supervision & daily sales reporting Customer handling and complaint resolution Theft / loss control & store cleanliness monitoring Requirements: Grocery / retail store me minimum 1–5 saal ka experience Staff aur store operations handle karne ki ability Basic billing, cash handling & stock knowledge Honest, responsible & leadership quality Immediate joining preferred Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Growth opportunity for right candidate Stable long-term job Location: Rahon Road, Chungi Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,574.03 per month Benefits: • Health insurance Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
