We are looking to expand and hire HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for our own company in Chandigarh Office in Sector 47-D JOB DESIGNATION HR Talent Acquisition Specialist JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India - Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients - Co-ordinate with client HR for new positions, CV screening, interviews and feedback - Understand the Job Description - Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals - Discuss the job role and align them for the role - Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling - Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews - Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate - Manage and ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate Who Can Apply:- If you - Are passionate to make a career in Talent Acquisition - Have excellent English communication skills - Basic knowledge of MS office - Preferably PG with 1 year of experience in recruitment
