Coupa & SAP Source-to-Pay Lead

Technology Lead – Coupa Source to Pay Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, documentation, and testing for Coupa and integrated systems. • Provide technical and functional expertise across SAP Source to Pay, Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, and Guided Buying. • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, including WRICEF objects. • Configure global Coupa processes including approval workflows, catalogs, supplier and material master data, user/security roles, and COA setups. • Drive integration and data mapping between Coupa and SAP across transactional and master data domains. • Support system testing, UAT, and deployment readiness. • Advise stakeholders on optimal use of SAP and Coupa capabilities and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives. • Build and sustain strong partnerships across IT, business teams, and vendor partners. Qualifications • 8–10 years of IT experience in industry, consulting, systems integration, or product organizations. • 7+ years of Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay configuration experience. • 5+ years supporting enterprise procurement transformations. • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Chartered Accountancy; MBA/PG in IT or Finance preferred. • Experience with global SAP implementations and analytics-led transformation programs. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a global, multicultural environment. • SAP functional training/certification preferred.
