Functioning as a comprehensive platform, S2M enables Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers and providers to access holistic risk adjustment solutions Job Summary Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational and business data to support decision-making. Ensures accuracy of data, prepares dashboards, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain seamless information flow. Key Responsibilities - Collect, compile, and verify data from multiple departments. - Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards. - Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools with updated information. Analyze trends, identify data gaps, and provide actionable insights. - Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel, Google Sheets. Coordinate with operations and management for data requirements. - Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports. - Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations. Required Skills - Strong proficiency in MS Excel Formula & Functions - Good understanding of data management and reporting techniques. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work with large datasets. - Fast learner with problem-solving abilities. - Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
