Quality Assurance Lead – Apparel

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead – Apparel to head our finished goods quality function. This role is critical in ensuring that every garment shipped to customers meets SAADAA’s highest standards of quality, fit, and finish. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? • Develop, implement, and monitor end-to-end quality assurance processes for finished garments • Lead inspections at key production stages — inline and final inspection prior to dispatch • Define and maintain FG quality standards, measurement tolerances, and defect classification • Manage and expand the vendor base to ensure consistent finished goods quality and on-time delivery • Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure specs, measurements, and construction details are consistently achieved • Liaise with vendors and factories to resolve FG quality issues and provide technical guidance • Conduct regular audits of vendor facilities focusing on finished goods quality systems and compliance • Design and deliver structured training programs for Junior QCs on garment inspection, measurements, and defect detection • Coach, mentor, and evaluate Junior QCs to build a strong internal FG quality team • Develop training modules on finished goods quality standards for internal teams and vendor partners • Analyze quality reports, returns, and customer feedback to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions WHO YOU ARE • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in finished garment quality management • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing • Expertise in knitwear and wovenwear quality inspection • Bring an existing vendor network relevant to finished apparel categories • Experience from a reputed brand side preferred; strong manufacturing background also acceptable • Formal education in Textile Engineering or a related field • Proactive problem solver with strong communication and negotiation skills • Willing to travel for vendor visits and factory audits WHY BE A PART OF सादा / SAADAA? • Do you feel out of place in a world full of unnecessary complexities? • Do you find joy in little things? • Are you an avid reader with a curiosity for understanding how things work and how we got here? • Do you believe life is simple and people around you are focusing on the wrong things? • Are you excited by the idea of learning new things or solving problems with the simplest solutions?
