Sales & Distribution cordinator (Fresher)

(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Education • Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred) • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory) Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Distribution Executive to support our growing sales operations. The selected candidate will assist in building market presence, coordinating with distributors, supporting sales activities, and contributing to overall business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in sales, distribution management, and market development. Key Responsibilities • Support the sales team in executing sales and distribution activities in assigned markets • Identify and assist in onboarding new distributors, retailers, and channel partners • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis • Assist in planning and executing product promotions and market activities • Visit local markets and participate in trade events or exhibitions when required • Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and track performance metrics • Work closely with internal teams to support sales operations and achieve targets Required Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory) • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Basic understanding of sales and market operations • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Training & Compensation Structure • 1 Month Internship – Stipend of ₹12,000 per month • 5 Months Probation Period – Salary of ₹12,000 per month • After Successful Completion of Probation – ₹30,000 CTC per month Reporting To Director / Sales Manager Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
