Executive Producer – Telugu / South Indian Films : I am mounting a new feature film under my banner and I am looking to onboard an experienced Executive Producer with a robust track record in South Indian cinema, preferably Telugu. This is a senior leadership role requiring both financial discipline and large-scale production execution capability. Role Description : The Executive Producer will be responsible for translating the script into a financially and operationally executable production plan while safeguarding timelines, budgets, and vendor integrity. Key Responsibilities : - Break down script and prepare a comprehensive production budget - Design and monitor production schedule - Negotiate major vendor contracts (equipment, studios, post, travel, etc.) - Oversee cost control and cash flow management - Work closely with Line Producer and Production Controller - Approve expenditure thresholds and prevent cost escalation - Coordinate with producers, director, and key HODs - Supervise production from prep through post Required Experience : - Minimum 5–8 years in film production management - Experience handling ₹30 Cr+ projects (₹50 Cr+ preferred) - Strong vendor network in Telugu industry - Proven cost control and crisis management capability - Familiarity with union regulations and regional production ecosystems - Ability to deliver under pressure without compromising quality Ideal Profile : - Financially disciplined - Assertive but collaborative - Strong negotiation skills - Not politically driven; execution-focused - Comfortable working with star-led projects Location : Hyderabad (with travel as required for schedules) Contact :
