Join SafeAeon Where Your Career and Financial Success is Our Commitment Job Summary: IT Helpdesk Engineer responsible for Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity management, automation, and proactive monitoring across multiple client environments within an MSP setting. Focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening security posture, and standardizing IT processes
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) across multiple tenants.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and license management.
• Implement and maintain security solutions such as Sentinel One, Barracuda Total Email Protection, Cisco Duo, WatchGuard VPN, Cisco Meraki, and Addigy.
• Monitor and manage client systems using ConnectWise and Ninja One for proactive maintenance and issue resolution.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and reporting tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues. Maintain technical documentation and SOPs in IT Glue
• . • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to users and junior engineers.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years (or adjust as needed) of experience in IT support, cloud administration, or MSP environment.
Technical Skills:
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).
• Identity and access management (MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access control).
• Endpoint protection and EDR/XDR tools.
• Email security and anti-phishing solutions.
• RMM tools and remote troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Windows and macOS support.
Soft Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
• Team collaboration and mentoring ability.
• Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
