Job Title: Presales Manager (IT Solutions)Experience: 712 YearsDepartment / Function: Sales Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full timePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Presales Professional to support our System Integration (SI) business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution conceptualization, solution design, and proposal development for projects such as ICCC (Integrated Command & Control Centre), Data Centres, Surveillance, Enterprise Applications, and other large IT/ICT initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solutioning and technical conceptualization for SI projects across ICT, Digital Transformation, Smart Cities, data centres, and enterprise systems.Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams, and OEMs to design feasible, competitive, and compliant solutions.Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, compliance matrices, bill of materials (BoM), pricing and presentations.Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, PoCs, and technical clarifications.Support Bid Team to respond to RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.Evaluate OEM offerings, integrate multi-vendor solutions, and recommend the best-fit technology stack.Assist in bid defence, technical evaluations, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in ICT, cloud, enterprise applications, and security.Required Qualifications & Skills7 years of hands-on presales or solution consulting experience in System Integration domain.Strong knowledge of ICT solutions including ICCC platforms, Data Centre infrastructure, Network & Security, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.Proven ability to design end-to-end SI solutions with clear understanding of architecture,integration points, and deployment models.Excellent skills in proposal writing, documentation, cost estimation, and clientcommunication.Ability to work with OEMs, partners, and internal technical teams.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Preferred:B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/ECE or equivalent; MBA is an added advantage.Experience of solution designing for Government/Smart City/PSU/ State Mission projectspreferred.Understanding of tendering processes, evaluation methods, and compliancerequirements.
