Pharmacist

• A pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for dispensing prescription medications, ensuring drug safety, and advising patients on proper usage and potential side effects. They verify prescriptions, manage inventory, counsel on over-the-counter drugs, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient therapeutic outcomes. • Dispensing & Accuracy: Interpreting, verifying, and filling prescriptions, including calculating dosages and compounding medications. Key Requirements: • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program. • Licensure: Valid state or national licensure. • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in pharmacy management software.
