Ltd., LLP, OPC, etc.) • GST Registration & Filing • Accounting & Taxation • ROC & MCA Compliance • FSSAI Licensing • Trademark, Copyright & IP Registration • 12A/80G, Trust, and Society Registration • Other Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Solutions Our mission is to simplify compliance and empower entrepreneurs by blending technology, business expertise, and professional networks. Position Overview We are seeking a Business & Tech Head – Growth & Expansion to lead, manage, and scale the Business Registration & Compliance vertical of Startup.calldoorstep.com. This is a leadership position combining: • Business Growth: Strategy, partnerships, expansion, pricing, and P&L • Technology Oversight: Portal upgrades, automation, integrations, and marketing tech Candidates with prior experience in organizations like IndiaFilings, Vakilsearch, MyOnlineCA, LegalRaasta, LegalWiz, or Startupwala will be given strong preference.Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & Expansion • Build and execute a scalable business model for Startup.calldoorstep.com • Identify and onboard CA, CS, Legal, and Financial partners for service delivery • Develop partnerships with startups, MSMEs, consultants, and professional bodies • Drive P&L ownership, revenue targets, and operational efficiency 2. Technology & Platform Management • Oversee portal development, upgrades, and process automation • Coordinate with tech teams for UI/UX improvements and feature enhancements • Manage payment gateway, CRM, ticketing, and lead tracking integrations • Monitor portal uptime, speed, and tech performance 3. Digital Marketing & Brand Growth • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Content, Social Media, Email, etc.) • Design and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages for lead generation • Improve brand visibility and organic reach through consistent campaigns • Track KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI metrics 4. Product Development & Pricing • Develop and review service pricing models for all offerings (Company Registration, GST, FSSAI, Trademark, etc.) • Benchmark competitor pricing and introduce bundled / combo plans • Ensure pricing transparency, documentation, and cost optimization • Explore subscription-based or SaaS-like service models for recurring revenue 5. Operations & Team Leadership • Build and lead cross-functional teams — Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Support • Ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction • Coordinate between partners (CA/CS), internal teams, and clients • Prepare monthly performance reports, analytics, and dashboards for management Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of Business Registration, Compliance, and Legal-Tech ecosystem • Experience with web platforms, CRM, and automation tools • Strategic mindset for pricing, business scaling, and process design • Leadership and team management ability • Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented approach Qualifications • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Commerce, Law, or Marketing • Preferred: MBA / B.Tech (IT or Computer Science) / CA / CS • Experience: 2–5 years in Startup Consulting, Compliance, or Legal-Tech domains Preferred Background Candidates who have previously worked with or have a background in companies like: • IndiaFilings, Vakilsearch, LegalRaasta, MyOnlineCA, LegalWiz, or Startupwala will be given priority consideration.
