Waiter / F&B Supervisor Department: Front of House Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager Experience: 3+ Years (Fine Dining Preferred) Professional Summary Experienced hospitality professional with over 3 years in fine dining and upscale vegetarian restaurant service, currently performing dual responsibilities as a Senior Server and Food & Beverage Supervisor. Skilled in delivering refined, anticipatory guest experiences while supporting management in daily operations, team supervision, inventory control, and maintaining premium restaurant standards. Core Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence • Deliver warm, personalized, and professional fine dining service • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vegetarian cuisine, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen awareness • Provide expert recommendations and confidently upsell specialty dishes and beverages • Execute advanced service standards including table setting, course sequencing, wine service, and silver service (where applicable) • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism • Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business Operational & Supervisory Responsibilities • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations • Supervise and guide training staff to maintain high service standards • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service flow • Oversee floor operations during peak hours ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction • Assist in planning and executing special events and functions Administrative & Inventory Management • Manage inventory, stock control, and prepare indentations as required • Monitor and maintain restaurant hygiene, quality, and brand standards • Prepare timely operational and performance reports • Ensure accurate order processing through POS systems Key Competencies • Advanced fine dining service etiquette • Strong upselling and revenue enhancement skills • Guest relationship management • Team leadership and staff training • Inventory and cost control • Problem-solving under pressure • Cross-departmental coordination • It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
