Key office responsibilities
• Record keeping and reporting:
• Daily record of material receipts, consumption, and issues.
• Maintaining registers for deliveries, dispatches, and logbooks.
• Preparing daily, fortnightly, or monthly stock and consumption reports for management.
• Inventory and stock management:
• Monitoring stock levels and informing procurement to raise requisitions when stock approaches the minimum limit.
• Initiating action to stop purchases when stock reaches the maximum limit.
• Conducting physical stock checks and reconciling discrepancies with records.
• Maintaining a record of departmental tools, machinery, cash purchases, and empty cement bags.
• Documentation and coordination:
• Coordinating with the purchase department, engineers, and accounts for material documentation.
• Ensuring proper documentation is completed for all incoming materials, including GRNs.
• Assisting junior engineers in preparing quality reports for received materials.
• Material issue and control:
• Issuing materials as per authorized requisition notes.
• Ensuring proper accounting of materials issued and received.
Following up with suppliers for timely supply, with consent from the purchase department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
