CNC Turning Operator

• Operate CNC machines (Turning) as per drawing specifications. • Set up tools, take offsets, and select appropriate programs. • Read and understand engineering drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy. • Load and unload workpieces properly to ensure safety and productivity. • Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). • Maintain machine parameters and ensure quality production. • Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures. • Report defects or machine issues to the supervisor. Key Skills Required : • Knowledge of CNC machine operations. • Basic understanding of G-Code & M-Code. • Ability to read engineering drawings. • Familiarity with measuring instruments. • Knowledge of GD&T (preferred). • Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
