Team Lead - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruiters. • Responsible for internal hiring and get A players. • Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP/VMS accounts (IT + non-IT). • Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations. • Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines. • Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations. • Hands-on involvement in critical/hard-to-fill roles when needed. Required Skills • Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, International Recruitment. • Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired • 9+ years of Recruitment and IT-Non IT Staffing experience and at least 3-5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters. • Have an eye for resume, process and innovation. • Good understanding of IT and Non IT related areas. • Experience working with revenue and placement targets and competent enough to achieve them. • Are ambitious, motivated, & career-driven. • Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing. • Are positive-minded, team-oriented and coach-able for personal improvement.
