Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Recruitment Lead Location: Experience: 3+ Years Salesmantu is a revenue and sales operations consulting firm helping organizations scale their go-to-market teams. Our services include Talent Acquisition & Staff Augmentation, Revenue / Sales Operations Advisory, and India GCC Setup. We work with companies across India, the United States, and Europe, helping them build high-performing teams and scale their operations. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead who can manage end-to-end recruitment and client hiring mandates across India and global markets, whilst also acquiring new clients for recruitment of GCC set up requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience managing the full hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and successful placement. Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement intake to candidate placement • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks • Coordinate and schedule client interviews and hiring processes • Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiation, and candidate closing • Conduct reference checks and background verification where required • Support efforts to win new recruitment contracts and staffing engagements • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Strong skills in LinkedIn sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement • Experience in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting • Experience hiring for global roles (US / Europe) • Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment CRM systems
