Content & UX Writing Intern (Remote)

As a Content & UX Writing Intern at SambalPay, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the way our product engages with users on various platforms such as the app, website, and marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include: Writing UX copy for product screens including onboarding, instructions, alerts, and error messages. Creating compelling website content for hero sections, product pages, and landing pages. Writing informative blogs and educational content related to credit and fintech. Supporting SEO keyword research and content optimization. Crafting copy for pitch decks, presentations, and marketing material. Generating content for social media platforms and designing creatives. Collaborating with product and design teams to enhance user communication. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Strong writing and communication skills. Interest in UX writing, product thinking, or digital marketing. Basic understanding of SEO or content strategy. Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and concise content.
