Job Description – Medical Sales Representative (MSR) • Company: Samson Scientifics & Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. • Industry: Medical / Orthopedic / Surgical • Location: Assigned Territory Role Objective • Drive Secondary Sales and Market growth in the assigned territory • Build brand presence and ensure Market Growth Key Responsibilities • Visit Hospitals, Clinic, Rehabilitation Centre and Chemists as per daily beat plan • Promote company products and communicate USPs vs Competitors • Convert Non-prescribing Doctors through regular follow-ups • Achieve Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Targets • Ensure Product availability at chemists and stockists • Coordinate with distributors for Order booking & secondary push • Attend OTs / CMEs / field activities when required • Maintain Daily call reports and share market feedback Candidate Profile • Education: Diploma, Graduate / D. Pharm / B. Pharm / B.
