Social Media Manager

Sanaya Capital is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Oriya, experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation, and be comfortable using AI tools and modern digital technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, experimenting with trends, and building strong online communities. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms, including: • Instagram • LinkedIn • YouTube • Facebook • X (Twitter) • WhatsApp Channels / Communities Responsibilities include: • Daily content posting and scheduling • Managing comments, messages, and engagement • Growing followers organically • Monitoring social media analytics and performance Content Creation Create engaging and educational content related to: • Finance • Investments • Wealth management • Entrepreneurship • Women empowerment Content formats may include: • Reels / Short videos • Carousel posts • Infographics • Story content • Educational posts • LinkedIn long-form content • YouTube Shorts and videos Video Editing & Graphic Design The candidate should be able to create and edit content using tools such as: • CapCut • Canva • Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) • Photoshop (optional) Responsibilities include: • Editing reels and short-form videos • Creating social media graphics • Designing carousel posts • Creating thumbnails for video content AI Tools & Modern Technology Must be comfortable using AI tools and modern digital platforms such as: • ChatGPT • AI design tools • AI video editing tools • Social media scheduling tools Strategy & Growth • Develop social media strategies to increase reach and engagement • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes • Create and maintain a content calendar • Analyse performance metrics and improve content strategy Testimonials & Client Reviews • Collect and manage client testimonials • Convert reviews into social media content • Maintain brand credibility online Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Sambalpur, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: • Doctorate (Preferred) Experience: • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) • Hindi (Preferred) Location: • Sambalpur, Orissa (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
