About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage listings and catalog: Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, keywords, images, and variations to ensure accuracy and visibility. 2. Order and customer management: Monitor daily orders, shipments, and returns, and handle customer queries, refunds, and claims efficiently. 3. Account health and issue resolution: Track account health, resolve suppressed or inactive listings, and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for any issues.
