SST & Sociology Teacher

SGI School, Kolhapur is looking for qualified and experienced teachers for the following positions: 1.Social Science (SST) Teacher 2.Sociology Teacher – Jr. College (CBSE) Eligibility & Key Requirements • Master's Degree in Sociology / Social Sciences / Humanities or a related field. • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Social Science subjects at the secondary or senior secondary level. • Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills. • Ability to engage students through discussions, projects, and inquiry-based learning. • Passion for encouraging critical thinking and conceptual understanding in Social Science subjects. • Willingness to relocate to Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Social Science / Sociology aligned with the school's curriculum. • Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment. • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations. • Provide academic guidance and support to students. • Participate in curriculum planning, school activities, and academic initiatives.
