Night Shift Hospital Operations Supervisor Work Location: In Person Organization: Sanjivini Superspeciality Hospitals Job Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities • Oversee all hospital operations during the night shift. • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including Reception, Nursing, Emergency, Housekeeping, and Security. • Handle patient complaints and queries; coordinate with concerned staff for timely resolution. • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance during the shift. • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and policies. • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management during emergencies. • Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient status, and ensure proper documentation. • Ensure detailed and structured handover to the morning administration team. • Prepare and submit night shift reports, incident logs, and escalation summaries. • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance issues and ensure prompt corrective action. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree (Hospital Administration or related field preferred). • 1–2 years of experience in hospital operations or supervisory role. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle night emergencies and manage staff effectively. • Basic knowledge of hospital documentation and compliance standards preferred.
