Special Education Teacher

Company Description. School Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher located in Misrod Bhopal. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored educational plans for students with diverse learning needs, specifically those with disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing students' abilities, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), providing lessons that accommodate various learning styles, and collaborating with parents, staff, and specialists to support student success. Qualifications • Experience and understanding of working with students with disabilities and knowledge of effective teaching strategies • Proficiency in teaching techniques, particularly for middle school students in special education programs • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and team members • Patience, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Relevant certification in special education or teaching license, as required by local regulations.
