About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and produce high-quality booklets, books, and book covers using Adobe InDesign, ensuring strong visual appeal and brand consistency, using an existing template. 2. Prepare print-ready files, including proper formatting, bleeds, margins, color profiles, and prepress specifications. 3. Create and adapt cover designs aligned with the target audience, genre standards, and branding guidelines. 4. Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and production requirements. 5. Ensure consistency of design elements across publications and marketing materials. 6. Assist with website design by creating visual assets, page layouts, and UI components aligned with brand identity. 7. Support web development teams with mockups, wireframes, and responsive design concepts. 8. Optimize digital graphics for web performance and cross-platform compatibility. Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient workflow and version control. 9. Stay updated with design trends, publishing standards, and emerging digital design tools.
