Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida for a Day Care Teacher. The Day Care Teacher will be responsible for ensuring the overall development and well-being of young children by implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and delivering early childhood education. Duties include planning and organizing curricula, fostering positive communication, and providing individualized care to children to encourage their emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Qualifications • Experience in Day Care and Childcare for young children • A solid understanding of Early Childhood Development concepts and practices • Skills in Curriculum Development and structuring engaging, age-appropriate educational activities • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude toward children • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in a child-focused teaching or childcare role is an advantage
