Role Overview: • We are seeking a seasoned and highly creative design professional to lead our visual communication and brand storytelling initiatives. • The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with refined design expertise to craft sophisticated, high-impact visuals across digital, print, and motion platforms. • This role requires an individual who can translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling, and premium design experiences that strengthen brand perception and influence business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital, print, branding, and multimedia platforms • Develop visually compelling marketing collateral, corporate presentations, campaign creatives, website visuals, and product communication materials • Produce and edit professional video content, animations, and motion graphics, including brand films, explainer videos, product demos, and social media reels • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent, and contemporary brand identity across all touchpoints • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to align creative strategy with business objectives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and design excellence • Uphold design best practices, brand governance standards, and licensed asset usage Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline • 2–4+ years of professional experience in creative design within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, marketing communication, digital design, and video/motion graphics • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Hands-on expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing/motion design tools • Strong visual sensibility with expertise in typography, layout, and modern design aesthetics • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with technology, SaaS, or product-based organizations • Understanding of UI/UX or web design principles • Ability to create interactive, animated, or multimedia-rich content • Exposure to digital marketing or performance-driven creative strategies Application Requirement: • Applicants are required to share their updated portfolio, including video/animation samples, along with their application @ jobs@sasone.in Compensation: • Competitive and commensurate with experience
