About the Company Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd is a leading IPO-listed organization with a strong nationwide presence. • Websites: satkartar.in | skinrange.com • Workforce: 2200+ employees • Presence: 40+ branches across India • Healthcare: 2 hospitals Position Details • Role: IT (Desktop Support) • Office Locations: Rewa • Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Budget: 18,000 - 20,000 • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment. • Resolve issues related to internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other office devices. • Identify and fix system errors and technical problems through proper troubleshooting. • Maintain and update records of IT assets and technology inventory. • Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and related systems. • Provide timely technical support to employees for daily IT issues. • Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to senior IT teams or vendors. • Perform regular system checks, updates, and basic maintenance.
