Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business goals
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high levels of employee productivity and engagement
• Support current and future business needs through talent management, career development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies
• Nurture a positive working environment by continuously improving employee relations and fostering a growth mindset
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management practices
• Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring they’re properly documented and managed
• Create regular reports for the senior management team detailing staffing levels, organizational issues, and other HR statistics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be a plus
• A minimum of five years' proven experience as an HR manager or other senior HR role
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Competence in HR software or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
