About the Role  We are looking for a technically competent and detail-oriented Lab Auditor & Junior Analyst who will ensure the integrity, reliability, and timeliness of laboratory testing conducted both internally and through partner laboratories. The role involves auditing laboratories, developing relationships with new lab partners, verifying analytical reports, and supporting the establishment of an in-house laboratory facility. Key Responsibilities / KRAs  • Conduct technical and procedural audits of partner laboratories to ensure adherence to scientific and regulatory standards. • Verify laboratory processes, equipment calibration, testing methodologies, and documentation practices. • Ensure laboratories comply with ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards and analytical testing protocols. • Identify and build relationships with new laboratory partners and evaluate their technical capabilities. • Conduct in-house testing and validation of pharmaceutical samples when required. • Assist in planning and setting up the organization’s internal laboratory infrastructure. • Review laboratory documentation, chromatographic data, and analytical reports for accuracy. • Ensure timely flow of testing reports and maintain proper verification and documentation processes. Skills & Competencies  • Critical thinking and analytical ability • Strong pharmaceutical and chemistry knowledge • Comfort working in chemistry and pharmaceutical laboratories • Knowledge of laboratory auditing and regulatory compliance • Understanding of chromatography and analytical instruments (HPLC, GC etc.) • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards • Strong documentation review and data verification skills Success Metrics  • Ensuring laboratory reports are delivered accurately and on time • Successful setup and operationalization of the internal laboratory • Verification that samples are appropriately tested and validated • Holding partner laboratories accountable for compliance and reporting standards What We’re Looking For  • Proactive and initiative-driven • Honest and ethically grounded • Diligent and methodical • Technically competent in pharmaceutical and lab processes • Capable of dealing with dishonest or non-compliant reporting situations Click on Apply to know more.
