Retail Merchandiser

The Merchandiser role at SBE Unique Retails Pvt Ltd is a full-time position based on-site in Chennai . Responsibilities include planning and executing merchandising strategies, managing store presentations, collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, and ensuring inventory meets customer needs. The Merchandiser will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, optimize stock levels, and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Proficiency in Sales and Retail management to achieve business objectives and enhance store performance. • Knowledge of Marketing strategies to support branding and promotional efforts. • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions for effective merchandising. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. • Previous experience in retail or merchandising roles is preferred. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
